Intellisense 800L keypad volume

Featured Replies

Hi - does anyone know if it's possible to lower the volume when setting the alarm (both keypad volume when inputting the code and the exiting 'drone')?

I imagine it's actually the speaker volume you need to lower. Pot on the main control board.

iirc you cant. When I used to fit the 700l I used to fit a pot to the main board as a mod. Unless the 800l had one as std. You could put a resister in series with the speaker but that would lower the alarm volume as well

They are designed to drive two 16ohm speakers in parallel so you can work out the impedance from that
