AlexP
Hello- I wonder if someone has come across this issue with a Honeywell ADE Gene 4 display panel. My electrical circuit tripped the other day and when I reset it the screen on the panel was filled with two rows of solid squares, where text/numbers would normally be displayed to identify the status of the system. This hasn’t changed after one week but the panel still works and I’m able to set and under the alarm, although can’t see anything whilst going through the process. Is this something that can be fixed or do I need a new control panel? james.wilson
Sounds like a comms issue between panel and keypad. If you wire the keypad locally does it do the same? securitywarehouse Security Supplies from Security Warehouse Trade Members please contact us for your TSI vetted trade discount.
