Hi Guys.

Hope someone can help. I have a gent nano giving me some grief.

The panel is showing system error code 137. I have no idea what it relates to. The panel is not well.

Can anyone tell me how to do a full factory reset.

You need to call the installer Gent is closed protocol 

i also doubt a factory reset will help
