I have recently installed a Texecom 48 W Panel and I have Three queries

1. I am unable to get the Smart Keys to Learn using Richocet Any suggestions

2. I have a Smoke Alarm that will not learn into Zone 21. All other Contactors and PIR Units have learnt OK

3. Every 15 minutes I get what I presume to be a Service Sound from the system How do I clear it?

I have Wintex and Richocet Monitoring Software

 

Any help would be much appreciated

1) You are probably not enrolling them in the correct menu or while in commissioning.

2) Radio Smokes need to be powered down for a few seconds before trying to enroll again, you need to hold the button while enrolling.

3) I assume there is a fault with the system, if you have not commissioned the radio correctly you will get poll failures.

 

SmartKeys are learned through the User Menu not the menu for the devices.
