    I have recently installed a Texecom 48 W Panel and I have Three queries 1. I am unable to get the Smart Keys to Learn using Richocet Any suggestions 2. I have a Smoke Alarm that will not learn into Zone 21. All other Contactors and PIR Units have learnt OK 3. Every 15 minutes I get what I presume to be a Service Sound from the system How do I clear it? I have Wintex and Richocet Monitoring Software Any help would be much appreciated
