It would be the first thing I checked before i went on a wild goose chase, happens so often and the chirp location is very deceiving ime.

If your certain you have ruled that out then great.

Nothing is foolproof to a sufficiently talented fool.

Then it's 100% the alarm, what model Visonic is it?

TBH when was it last serviced? If your mate has you in to take a look, i'd say a long time ago. Go get yourself some CR123's for the DT's and (CR2's?) for the door contacts and replace all batts.

That should cure the noise, also another thing is it monitored? (phone line) because if it doesn't see the line it will give you a auible warning.

Visonic Powermax Express.

They paid £699 for the entire system to be installed 2 years ago and were paying £30.00 per month maintenance but the company was local and has now gone out of business.

There's a SIM card on the GSM module that was SUPPOSE to link to the police (according to the installer, I personally much doubt this as there has been two instances of alarm triggered and no one showed up).

I might have to get a PASYOUGO SIM card and have configured.

Cheers.

Thats a matter of opinion, value for money doesnt always mean cheap. I am happy to pay £3.00 for a decent latte, but a begrudge paying £1.00 for a cup of instant with UHT milk.
