Visonic Powermax Express. They paid £699 for the entire system to be installed 2 years ago and were paying £30.00 per month maintenance but the company was local and has now gone out of business. There's a SIM card on the GSM module that was SUPPOSE to link to the police (according to the installer, I personally much doubt this as there has been two instances of alarm triggered and no one showed up). I might have to get a PASYOUGO SIM card and have configured. Cheers.

Hi Norman. The chirp sound is coming from the intruder alarm panel, not from the smoke detector! "Why do smoke alarms chirp intermittently?" I apologise if I am still missing the point. Cheers.

Ok, sorry. But the smoke detectors on the property are hardwired on a Bi-Wire installation. They do not use batteries of any kind. Thanks.

Guys, again, there are no smoke detectors connected to the intruder alarm. I shall do a run on all PIR and door sensors. Cheers.

The beep is coming from the main console. There's no smoke detectors on this unit. The existing smoke/heat detectors are on a different system. Cheers.

Sorry. Missed the bit you said about low batteries. These have all been changed recently due to issue but error still being reported by system. Cheers.

Hi all. I have a friend who has a Visonic GE350-ATS4 installed in his house. The system has worked flawlessly for the past 2 years but now it has develop this beep every minute. Now, I have never done security alarms, my background is fire alarms and I'm an electrician by trade. As a very good friend of mine I decided to look into this issue. Sadly, he does not has the manual. Anyone knows what this beep refers to or where can I find the manual? A google search was not productive. Many thanks. Albert
