Does anyone know how to connect an Ethernet module to a Risco Prosys 128, which uses a Red Care Interface I have raised this issue with Risco Technical but they could not answer this one.

Yes they do, I checked, I need to use Upload / Download Software and I can't use a modem as the only modem Risco specify are no longer made. So having to go down the IP Route.

if tech can't help you not sure what you can do, or maybe they are misunderstanding what your trying to achieve with what equipment.

 

You have the manual for the unit and the panel, where is the problem specifically?

Not a panel we have used before but I think Webway support UDL on these panels.
