Yes they do, I checked, I need to use Upload / Download Software and I can't use a modem as the only modem Risco specify are no longer made. So having to go down the IP Route.

The obvious reply to this is it is likely to be a tamper condition if the alarm is un-set, I also agree with the above comments a defective battery could cause random activations, it is worth considering electrical spikes so use product CPS3 from ACT Meters this will help protect against electrical spikes.

Does anyone know how to connect an Ethernet module to a Risco Prosys 128, which uses a Red Care Interface I have raised this issue with Risco Technical but they could not answer this one.
