Was is it a wired EWD (bell/siren), if wired did he run the cable,

I don't think it's wired... There is only one wire, which connects the keypad to the 'brain' box (sorry - I don't know the technical names!). The bellbox is definitely wireless... And currently sitting in a cardboard box rather than on the wall!

You have a good system there. Most alarm installers should be helpful with this. I think you  are a bit out of my area otherwise happy to quote.
