i am doing grave yard shift ,started out as engineer on road got fed up with the millage went to work for a company that did compliance testing

(when they say its been independently tested to meet the regulations it was me who tested it to destruction for both fire and intruder)

now i am tech support 

i have access to a database of over 3000 manuals for fire intruder CCTV and access systems

and answer customer and engineer questions and give assistance
