no official title is Resolve Engineer i am doing grave yard shift ,started out as engineer on road got fed up with the millage went to work for a company that did compliance testing (when they say its been independently tested to meet the regulations it was me who tested it to destruction for both fire and intruder) now i am tech support i have access to a database of over 3000 manuals for fire intruder CCTV and access systems and answer customer and engineer questions and give assistance couldn't you come up with something more imaginative than HI I'M swifty

Hammer Icon = system Tamper flashing green light is a Power Fault The installer manual is easily available via the internet BUT.. if you don't know or not confident in what you are doing i would suggest you call an engineer to check your system Just because its old wont mean its not serviceable and a good engineer will be able to give you sound advice
