Maxys Pc4020 + Hkc Bell Problem

Recommended Posts

Hello,

Could someone please tell me how to connect these two systems?
I have something wrong; when the alarm it's activated the bell rings for 5 seconds (no blue light) but than flashes a blue light and goes silent.

I have attached the pics of the two boards so you can help me better.
All the other functions of the alarm are working fine.
This is an old installation that it was not made by me.

I really appreciate some help please!?

No I have another problem, this one is a little strange!!

I have zone 1 and zone 3 connected to the board.

Zone 1 it's working fine!

Zone 2 deleted.

Zone 3 it's somewhat strange!!!

I have zone 3 connected like this:

Red ------------AUX+

Black----------- AUX –

Blue ----------- Z3

Brown----------COM

The sensor has a 5600 resistor between blue and brown cables.

The sensot warns me if someone walks by that zone (two beeps at the keypad)

But when I try to turn the alarm on, it says "Close zone 3 before arming"....

If I change EOL options it tells me "Short in zone 3"

I also have an exclamation point (!) in zone 3.

Any suggestions on how to fix this problem?

Regards!

Did you wire it same as zone 1? Also swap sensors incase it's a problem with the sensor , otherwise if both zones are the same then you may have wired them different by mistake
