Steven_W Posted May 12, 2014 Share Posted May 12, 2014 Even though the entry time is set to 30 seconds, once the alarms is set as soon as a PIR detects movement the alarm goes off. I have spent about 2 hours going through the various menus to see why this is happening but I'm stumped... I really don't want to factory reset it if possible, I like to get to the bottom of the problem, don't want to crack a walnut with a sledgehammer! all. It will be set as premier follow It needs to be premier if you are using it instead of a door contact and want it to start the entry timer when its activated(not reccomended) The system needs to see the door open first before it will allow you to walk in front of zone 2-hall pir The system is doing its job correctly as per its programming.
