Hi All is the much picture quality with a cheap 960h v the dear samsung does the extra cost for the samsung justerfy it

 

Samsung SCO-3080R 1/3" High Resolution 700TVL True Day/Night IR Bullet Camera with WDR - 12V DC or 24V AC or cheap 960H bullet camera.

 

Both have the same specs for each cam.
