Hello all it was just wondering if anyone could recommend a training course covering ip and networking for cctv?(apart from tavcom) I have installed a few systems 50-150 cameras but lack in depth knowledge on the commissioning side thanks Matt

Interesting question. I'm sure there must be some. It is a very indepth subject but also an incredibly interesting one, especially sub netting and layers.

Interesting that you exclude Tavcom, any particular reason?

I did Tavcom Levels 1 and later 2 back in 2002, and whilst it wasn't my money, for someone that already had an electronics degree it was actually quite good and they had a ton of actual real-life kit to play around with. The venue was a bit ropey then but believe they've moved?

Nothing against tavcom they seem really good but I'm looking for a recognized qualification. The Cisco courses look perfect thanks alpat.
