Most of our sites are vista quantum plus DVR and a smart tell for transmition.

We have used a few Videcon units as well but I am not convinced by them, although the price is good.

I like them for local use and record and the web server. No good for transmission though.

In a round about way I was asking about smarttel and smart disc as I have never heard of either of the two.

Ah. Smarttel transmits to ARC smartdisc records too. Look at Norbain website for more info. They're rebranded heitel.
