i have the 9600 and all the instruction manuals and have tryed

the default code for the system and now luck is there a way to find out the code for this i will try to put the coumpany name on this later if any one can help

Even if you supply the company name, we do not give out engineer codes on this forum. If you have the installation manual it will tell you how to default the codes and what they default to. Alternatively post where you are and one of the engineers on here may be able to call out and help you.
