August 14, 201312 yr comment_338853 Hi we have taken over an adpro fasttrace with 13 cameras with alarms reporting back to a monitoring station, At present the monitoring station have live pictures and are recieving alarms but cannot review playback. Any ideas why they cannot review playback? shuts Link to comment https://www.thesecurityinstaller.co.uk/community/topic/35145-adpro-issues/ Share on other sites Share on LinkedIn Share on X Share on Facebook {lang="reddit_text" Share via email Share on Pinterest
 August 20, 201312 yr comment_340205 Yep, Check if the HDD are reporting. They Might have spun down, a power cycle might sort it out. Also make sure that its a Fastrace on a FastTx as the TX are not recorders, just transmission. August 20, 201312 yr comment_340216 I would suggest that the monitoring station check their video central ( or equivilant) storage configuration as events previously recieved should be stored within their system.
