you can trip on a curb and suffer fatal injuries, but from that high up - i think its just because you will get to think about it on the way down :o

They are not.

It is when you headbutt them the damage is caused.

 

My best man/Friend and all round (Skinny and short actually) top man suffered a similar fate, fell and hit head. Caused some serious brain damage that in turn led to his early and horrific death.
