Working today, 1st job.  3 PIRs in place of existing.

Going well, things nice and easy. Great customer, having a laugh and a chat as working.

Get him to look at the devices, ( small bit of filler needed) and happy.

Asked for hoover and went to work. As the dust sheet did not get all.

Kneeling down getting a bit of dust off skirting, stood on one foot and raised other leg............

RIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIP

Kin work trousers split from balls to knee.................Not old either.

Customer fell about and lent me a pair of his old ones.

Got the cheque and went on about more calls. Saved me going home or buying some en-route.

Had a busy day.

LOL.

He was a good chap. We had an interesting chat as he is "Ex Landarn Tahn" as well. He had clocked my accent.

Still think saying he is a "cockney" but born in Islington is pushing it a bit.

Not so sure that is within the sound of the "Bow Bells" somehow.

Hmm, just checked, it is just possible.

If in 1805 and no cars and tall building lol

that's just noise ox?

Tradition goes to be a true "Cockney" you have to be born within the sound of the bells.
