Hi all,  thanks for looking,

 

I've moved house from which a Infinite Prime system was installed & have now installed my own system and have a problem:-  The panel displays "Disarmed System Trouble" when I scroll down the next line reads "Program Correct Comm. Interface"  Has anyone any idea how to deal with this?

 

I'm using the same GSM module and SIM card from my last house but installed into my new system. There is a PSTN module fitted but it isn't connected.

 

I have tried "Find Modules" which has found the GSM unit, I have a good signal, TX test has each kit working OK.

 

Can anyone help please.

Pilot error, somehow I'd put my mobile number in CS3 as well as CS1, but in CS3 it was set to PSTN!!!!

No idea how that occured, don't recall going into CS3 but my number was there and I'm the one to blame lol......hope this might be of some help to someone else.
