off topic,

the police helicopter is often lurking nr "happy towers" I assume looking for heat sources from disused commercial buildings with the IR cam for dope farms (they've found a no. over the years...)

my other suspicion is these head / hydroponics shops are either fronts, informers or having credit card details harvested of those that are buying more materials for their own use.

every now & then when the arrest figures are low the police go down the list & knock on door.
