Am familiar with Castle kit, but not sure I understand the problem.

Castle supplies hard wire looms with virtually all their panels nowadays, and if you need a plug-on footprint you can order the panel with it included, or order it as a seperate item.

Surely if the Webway needs hardwiring you would just use the loom supplied by castle...?

Have a similar problem only the panel is a Scanny 9600 or 9800 can't remember will this board work the same.
