this is the horrid R & D access control pannel i am working on.

i have been doing some more research to find some info on what terminals do what etc.

seems that i will never find out unless someone can shed some light on the situation as R&D

have been brought out by interserve a few years ago.

my problem is that the pannel seems to be in degraded mode and i cannot change this through

programming it must need a short on one of the onboard jumpers or something. If anyone doesnt know what degraded mode is, it allows staff with a certain card type access even if not added to the system.

please help if you have any info
