Ok, I have two different types of samsung DVR -

Both 16 channel

SVR-1680 --- 4tb

&

SRD-1650DC --- 1tb

simple question, can I change the hard drives around so the SRD has 4tb and the SVR has 1tb and how if I can?

Shouldnt be a problem, both machines have thier operating systems on the mainboard, not sure of max amount supported by the srd, although I think that there will only be space for 3 drives due to the dvd writer

is the dvd sata on those? WOuld that port take a drive?
