October 7, 201114 yr comment_277728 Hi, Just after a bit of advise, should be simple.? I have a Sterling 10 system all working fine, i have the manuals, codes, instructions etc etc. I have decided to upgrade the bell box to a back lit Deltabelle, that i have purchased of the net. The guy i bought it from suggested that i completely power down the whole system including battery back up then replace box otherwise i may short out the system, Question is, will i need to completely reprogramme the panel and PIRS when i bring it back to life, or will it still have the info stored? If i do , i had better get reading the instruction manual before i take it apart. Any advise would be triffic Thanks in advanced Link to comment https://www.thesecurityinstaller.co.uk/community/topic/32128-sterling-10-bell-upgrade-to-deltabelle/ Share on other sites Share on LinkedIn Share on X Share on Facebook {lang="reddit_text" Share via email Share on Pinterest
 November 6, 201114 yr Author comment_278397 You were not wrong ! Managed to change over ok, but the original bell box didn't go without a fight ! Ear defenders needed and a pair of wire cutter to finall kill the old one ! New box all good and glowing well.
