i have my hard wired filters off them, but i install them next to the phone socket.

coz i wouldnt fit a normal faceplate size filter in a 490X.

Nothing is foolproof to a sufficiently talented fool.


We used to fit BT sockets next to panels so that engineers could use them to ring the CS. Most of our panels have COM2400 units in them these days so we just plug our butt phones into the RJ11 socket on the unit

We use CSL ADSL filters
