This appears to be a pet immune PIR is there a reason for this?

We have two dogs, any particular brand you would recommend ?

Schnauzer, they do not moult.

Nothing is foolproof to a sufficiently talented fool.

Visonic K9-80 are okay, but mounting heights are very important with pet immune so expect to move the cable if the PIR is to high/low.

If your dogs combined weigh 80lb you may have to consider a different option. Many installers would fit/recommend perimeter protection in that area for this reason.
