Texecom Premier 48, Simple Part Arm?

Featured Replies

Hi, I would like to set up the simple part arm feature of my Texecom Premier 48 panel. The manual states that "Your Installer may have programmed the systemso that it can be part armed by just pressing [1] followed by [Part]" this does not appear to have been programmed in. Does anyone know how to enable this feature?

Thanks.

If its a new system and its installed to grade 2 or higher then this feature cant be enabled as it doesnt comply with current regulations.

Its a false alarm risk you see, in some cases.

You will need the installer code to enable it so id assume you need to contact them?

Thanks for the response. I installed the system myself but have not seen any option in the engineers menu to enable this feature. It may be something that has to be done via the PC-Com (laptop interface). I do have the engineer code if anyone knows how to enable this feature via the RKP.

cheers.

Its in keypad options

The opinions I express are mine and are usually correct!

(Except when I'm wrong)(which I'm not)

I'd assume that has already been done. Ill see if I can find it in the manual

Thanks breff, it was in keypad options. It's even in the manual (page 57). I've no excuse for not looking properly.
