Thats what I was intending, so to speak.

The Alerts on a Gal can be a PITA for a end user.

Great little panel though and just seen the prices ( ta Mr H).

It now makes the panel a great contender for small to medium domestics and small commercial.

I do agree ox. But out of the leading panels it must be the most user unfriendly

How are system alerts handled on a gal then?

I really can't be ar**** with it anymore.

If I'm honest badly.

Each alert has to be individually acknowledged. There is no display to say they have been reset, and no option to do them all in one go. It's not a major problem but it causes is more service calls than our castles. WE do have a LOT more gals mind.

PITA for customers, not to bad for commercial but for most of the dimwit domestic customers we have texecom and Gardtec cause enough problems.
