If I'm honest badly.

Each alert has to be individually acknowledged. There is no display to say they have been reset, and no option to do them all in one go. It's not a major problem but it causes is more service calls than our castles. WE do have a LOT more gals mind.

agreed, but IMO end user expererience is high on my list of requirements for a panel
