As above, I know you can use Video Central Lite, but as I found out at home you have to have port forwarding in use at the viewing end, because the Fast Tx calls you back.

So , is there a built in webviewer? I dont think so, but it would make life easier

No there isnt. It can be done but i would suggest it would be easier to have a vpn router for remote access to save the port forwarding issues
