April 21, 200917 yr Author comment_234332 Thankyou Lawandorder and others for advice, much appreciated. A final couple of questions. If I have blown the fuse, can I safely open other PIRs to move them for decorating as the alarm cannot go off? When I come to replace the fuse, when I open the control panel, again the alarm will not go off? Will it go off as soon as I put the new fuse in, and will it silence straight away when I put code in. One other bit of information that I have noticed is that the internal sounder is not working, it normally bleeps when we open and close front door. Is this consistent with the diagnosis?
