press enter when viewing the fault to accept, then come back out.

Tell him to set with fault then unset, bet it clears down then.

i usually find it is customer error with these types of fault - they have to use A to see the fault and then ent to accept the fault. I once drove 50 miles just to do that - never again . (i much preferred classic galaxies without these requirements!!)
