as above there is no way a scantronic keypad will work on a gardtec panel

Agreed, either the insatller is a plumber, the surveyor was selling double glazing last week or whoever typed the quote is dyslexic.

or they dont have a proper management program and just chnage specs based on the previous one...and didnt chnage that bit of the spec.
