Paxton Net2 Tokens / Cards Or Fobs

Featured Replies

Hi, I am looking for about 50 fobs or cards to use on a Paxton Net2 system. Have you seen the prices Paxton charge?

Is there an alternative fob / card that is less expensive and / or can I change the readers in order to use cheaper fobs?

Thanks

Nicksmelly

Speak to Paxton about using the standard Menvier/Scantronic/Galaxy tags - it's possible but may need reader/software upgrade.

Does anyone know if the generic Wiegand readers and 125khz fobs are compatible with Net2?

What Generic reader and fob??

Assuming the net2 and the reader will interact then yes

But this wont read paxton cards, and the paxton readers wont read these (what look suspiciosly like fake HID cards)

so in theory its a maybe but you would need to replace all your existing readers and cards as well.

I'm with James on this one. Want to waste money on fake HID, then go ahead.

What are the details of your system - number of doors etc.??

What type of site are you? - small officee, factory, school etc

Also begs the question, if you're not happy with the Paxton system, why do you have it?
