you could always walk out of the building and use your phone,or ring them when you get home..

ive always found tech support a great help when stuck with a problem

I dont even know what this software does. If it allows access to a machine that is password protected then it wouldnt be allowed to posted on the public side of this site anyway.

The software is not available for engineers to unlock a DVR365.

The master manufacturing password changes several times a day. It is based on a mathematical formula that takes in to account the DVR type, time and date (set in the machine) and ID. This prevents any compromise on the DVRs security.

You will have to ring support and answer security questions regarding its purchase and also provide details from the DVR. There are no exceptions to this at all for obvious security reasons.
