SystemQ
any body no the password generator software for the 365 or videosec as ive installed several 365 machines and each time i change the 888888 password for security none of them let me in again after as i am 100% on the passwords can any body help without the thec support phone numbers as some places i work in do not allow phones in the building The software is not available for engineers to unlock a DVR365. The master manufacturing password changes several times a day. It is based on a mathematical formula that takes in to account the DVR type, time and date (set in the machine) and ID. This prevents any compromise on the DVRs security. You will have to ring support and answer security questions regarding its purchase and also provide details from the DVR. There are no exceptions to this at all for obvious security reasons. Paul. System Q Ltd.
