TBH this is old news.

photo is valid for 10 yrs NOT the licence.

imagine your pic at 17 & then 27...... you see their point as it's just like your passport.

The fee however is NOT fair.

I still have my old green paper one as well, not sure if your sposed to change them though like you did when they got rid of the little red ones. At least it was free then.
