Hi everyone, I'm looking for some ideas on what to charge our customers for monitoring.

We are a new business just in the process of seeking NSI apprval. We have setup an account with an ARC and just need some help and guide prices of what we should be charging our customers for the installation of the signalling equipment and the yearly monitoring fee's for the following-

Digi

Red care

Red care GSM

DualCom G2

DualCom G3

If you can prove you are in the alarm industry, wait until you've made 15 posts and then you can apply for trade area access.

... in there you will get much better answers to these questions than in the public area.

As above

But basic advise is to add up all your costs for that service apply your margin and you have your price.

Thanks for the advice just wanted an idea so I can be competitive with other companies. Will apply for trade membership then can access more of the info I need.
