if you want to text your panel to activate things then your slightly limted. Personally id stick with a dimension or texecom premier and add a cqr text dialler. This will send texts over gsm from inputs and can be configered to fire outputs from text messages. These could then be connected to the galaxy to run whatever you want via links etc

i'm just being nosey now, but what actions to you want to perform? just might be the members may have better suggestions and advice if they know your 'target'.
