masterblast
have to agree with redbull, sounds like a duff rio I'm back there sometime next week so i'll make sure i take some rio's with me, thanx guys. Its funny cause lately ive had a few problems high-lited by doing panel restarts! The other day one said a.c short curcuit and thats not even in the manual! And its when the 6 cable ribben between the power pcb and the zone+output pcb develops an a.c monitoring fault! You can usually sort it by swopping the cable ends round! (Ive stopped doing restarts late in the day now or on Fridays!)

masterblast
Turned out to be a faulty rio in the end its all o.k now! Had a chat with a techi guy at honeywell the other day and apparently its not a good idea to restart panel's after all!
