Map Security Posted October 27, 2007 Share Posted October 27, 2007 I have just installed a 500GB HDD into a brand new Neotech (NTIC) 16CH JPEG2000 DVR........... The pictures on screen are all black and white.... Any idea's what I should to reset DVR or troubleshoot.? Anyone had a similar experience? Yes I did power up without any cameras connected...so this really sounds like the problem... Can this be resolved by resetting all features back to default? Basically I added the 500GB drive and powered up to make sure it was working....This was the first time the machine was started and hence I'm convinced it has selected NTSC instead of PAL giving black and white pictures. I HAVE HAD THE SAME PROBLEM AS WELL LONG TIME AGO TO GET OVER IT U HAVE TO POWER UP ALL CAMERAS (COLOR) AND MAKE SURE THEY ARE CONNECTED TO DVR FIRST THEN TURN ON THE DVR LAST Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
