I don't know if Mark Mercer would do what you're looking for, but if you're interested have a look here

We paint the Samsung SHG-220EXP external dome housing with black plasticote and they look superb

I've worked on black Dennard 2060's before.

ganz/cbc, vision 360 & vantage all had a black external speed (same case / product) on the go so not long back

I've worked on black Dennard 2060's before.

Same here. Put onto some black ornate towers. But they don't half show up the bird droppings.

Mark Mercer domes do come in black, there not cheap but you do get wht you pay for.
