Infinite Prime Setup Help

Featured Replies

Hi,

I have the Infinite Prime Alarm System. One thing it has not come with is the power cable for the Control Panel. Just wondering what I will need and where best to get it from. All it says in the instructions is:-

"Thread the power cable through the wiring hole on the back cover and connect cable to the AC power input on the MainBoard. I think it will be 2 core alarm cable I need I think. Also wondering if I can connect one end to a plug and then plug that into a normal plug socket rather directly into the wires behind the plug socket (If that makes any sense).

no offence, but if you dont know how to wire mains up, it will hurt when it bites. please call an electrician or engineer in

Whatever you do, do not use alarm cable for mains feed.

I think you had better get someone in who knows what they are doing, as stated above mains bites and can kill.

The opinions I express are mine and are usually correct!

(Except when I'm wrong)(which I'm not)
