March 21, 200422 yr comment_9808 when i cam to arm it for the first time, as it is a new house and the previous owners never used it but gave us the alarm code. no i havent checked the fuses they are both clear glass fuses what do i replace them with? You would probably be better to get a local alarm company in to service it, if you have never known it to work, then i would advise having it checked over. April 14, 200422 yr comment_10879 Had this problem before - called back to the customer loads of times linked out tampers etc, check resistance etc and all the usual stuff the problem was still there - turned out to be a faulty panel.
