You would probably be better to get a local alarm company in to service it, if you have never known it to work, then i would advise having it checked over. .Mike Posted April 14, 2004 Share Posted April 14, 2004 Had this problem before - called back to the customer loads of times linked out tampers etc, check resistance etc and all the usual stuff the problem was still there - turned out to be a faulty panel.
