i paid cash for the dvr and have no proof i got it from him has he sells them to have cash i gess

plus i rang the lad on monday on he told me he was sending me a new unit out so i will have to wait to see what he does

or maybe cos he knows they wont last. If you have no reciept etc then with respect your on your own

Agreed, unless the guy is genuinely going to send you a replacement, without a receipt or an invoice is there really any warranty issue that can be proven.....
