Id mush rather send it back. Yes i would open my pc up and add a drive, but my lads arnt trained for this and there is now way id like them proding round on a 4K bit of kit without the training. So i would always remove it from site, get it done and refit it. You know its tested guaranteed etc then and after all your not paying
