Galaxy Software Differences

Featured Replies

I've tried to do my homework and search for this, but after an hour i've found nothing!

I have a version 4.37 PCB (galaxy 60) but I've read on this forum that panels are shipping with version 4.50.

I just wondered what the difference is?

I am also still waiting for my registration code from Honeywell, but cannot say whether i'm going to find the answer on the honeywell site!

Does anyone have a document that shows the software versions and variations?

Thanks for any replies,

Matt

4.37 is a TYCO variant, it does have a few issues, register for trade and more can be discussed in the trade area.

Nothing is foolproof to a sufficiently talented fool.

If you have V4.37 then you have a panel that was supplied to //.National Installer.// as that is their own version of the firmware. Apaft from default settings being changed to //.National Installer.//'s own it is functionaly identical to 4.50 as far as I am aware.

Microtech issued several tech talks that listed the differences between new versions and the preceeding versions.

register for trade and more can be discussed in the trade area.

Agreed, If you are an engineer then a whole world of technical advice awaits you in the trade area. :)
